“Crash Word Cross” (كراش الكلمات المتقاطعة) by Mohanad Games — effective 14 October 2026

1. Scope

This policy explains what data is processed when you use Crash Word Cross on Android (package com.mohanadgames.wordcross) and iOS, why, and by whom.

2. What we do not collect

The app has no accounts or sign-in and never asks for your name, email, location or contacts. Your level progress and coin balance are stored only on your device; we operate no servers that hold player data.

3. Third-party services used by the app

• Advertising — Google AdMob with the mediation partners Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads and AppLovin: these may process your device's advertising identifier, IP address, device and app information and ad interaction data (impressions, clicks) to serve, measure and frequency-cap ads and to prevent fraud. Where the law requires prior consent, non-personalized ads are shown.

• Analytics — Firebase Analytics (Google): pseudonymous usage events such as starting or completing a level or opening the shop, with general device information and an app-instance identifier that does not identify you personally.
• Crash reporting — Firebase Crashlytics (Google): when the app crashes, a technical report (device model, OS and app version, stack trace) is sent so the problem can be fixed.
• In-app purchases — Google Play / Apple App Store: payment is handled entirely by the store; we never receive or store your card or payment details.

4. Children

The app is a general-audience word game and is not directed at children under 13; we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

5. Your choices

• You can reset your advertising identifier or limit ad personalization in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising).
• Uninstalling the app deletes all locally stored data (progress and coins).

6. Security and retention

We keep no personal data on servers of our own. Technical data processed by the services above is subject to their policies and retention periods.

We may update this page when the services we use change; the effective date is shown at the top.
